Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
American Herd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. American Herd is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the carrier.
Any order that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
All of our items are made in limited quantities and may contain minor imperfections. This is what makes American Herd unique. Due to the hand-crafted nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs.
Once items sell-out, they may not be available for sale again for a long time, if ever.
If, at any point in time, you feel there is an issue with the materials or craftsmanship of your American Herd product, we will give you 110% of your purchase price to put towards a replacement product.
A guarantee like this only works because we are confident that our products are the real deal, and we have no issue standing behind our work for the life of the products.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be in new/unworn condition and in the original packaging.
